The Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has sacked Engr. Buba Galadima, a top political ally of his former godfather Rabiu Kwankwaso, as the chairman of the Governing Council, Kano State Polytechnic.
Mr Galadima has become a fierce critic of the governor since his estrangement with the leader of the Kwankwasiyya movement.
The governor announced the decision on Saturday in a statement by the his spokesperson, Sunusi Dawakin Tofa.
